Bought a Hat-Trick 3p tent less than two years ago and spent probably 7-8 nights in it. Now the velcro straps that attaches the outer tent to the poles are coming off.

Customer Service

I've tried to get customer service attention twice through the web form and once via mail without any reply. Obviously poor quality products and complete disregard to customer service. I could probably have been more forgiving if the company had answered to my complaints but the complete lack of feedback forces me to put Easton on my blacklist.

Also own a North Face Rock 22 that has been great but I also needed a 3p tent. Obviously the Hat-Trick was not what I needed.
