Summary:
I bought them 7 yrs. ago when they were One-Sport and have beat the hell out of them since I've owned them (they have the battle scares to prove it). They took little break in and proved themselves to be rock solid under a heavy pack (65+lbs) over rough terrain. They are heavy but Totally Bomb proof (consider lighter boots for day hikes or lighter loads)! They've never leaked once, even though the heaviest down pours or standing in streams. I like to apply a Nickwax nubuck treatment and keep them clean. If I ever manage to wear them out I will definitely get another pair!

Summary:
Great boot that lasts. I have the OneSport version of this boot from five years ago. I have put many miles on these boots backpacking and climbing 14ers and they have stood the test of time. Comfortable, warm and supportive. Last season the sole on the toe started to delaminate but I've used some shoe-goo to extend the life a bit more. I have size 13 feet that are quite narrow. I also always use Ultimax liner socks and have never gotten a blister or felt any hot spots. If possible I'd like to get these re-soled I'm so pleased with them.

Bought some Zamberlan boots (I think the Civellta) and tried breaking them in for a few weeks at home. They continually bothered my tendons on the top of my foot so I took them back for the OneSports.

Summary:
Working on my second pair of One Sport Moraines. The first pair I bought a 1/2 size too big. Unfortunately I have crazy feet, 9 1/2's are too big, 9's with superfeet insoles put too much pressure on my toes and instep. So I can't get any real supportive insole into these with out cutting all circulation too my toes. But it doesn't matter because these boots rule. Bomber leather, great support. I beat the hell out of these and they still stand up to the sharp rocks and talus that try to eat my ankles. They are a bit heavy for anything but vicious loads though. I wore them on a 2 day traverse of the white mountains in New Hampshire and wished I had a lightweight approach boot instead. Still I hope to have my "One Sports" for years to come.
