This is a jam out mess kit. GSI Hard Anodized No Stick is a snap to clean. All that is needed for most clean up jobs is a small amount of water and your fingers. This cookset it lightweight and packs well. The desisign of the bottom of the pan distributes heat effectively and really grabs hold of sereated stove tops. The negative side would be that an extra lightweight potgripper would be handy for removing the lid/frying pan when using them both. This was a problem I remedied by keep my Gerber multitool nearby.
