I puchased this because I Love real Coffee and Tea and wanted to eliminate the waste associated with Coffee/Tea Bags
It performed OK for a few trips then the plunger part failed (the plastic appeared to melt)this has been replaced under warranty however I know that they have experinced major problems with this product (and its K-Mat copy $19 )
so I can only say Caveat Emptor. Customer Service:
No problems with warranty claim with Australian disributor Similar Products Used:
K-Mart copy (not lexan but similar) had the same problem - Product replaced -no 5 year warranty with this replacement
