at Play-It-Again Sports Summary: I just returned my second new Keys Fitness Cardio Max 500 to the store for a refund - the first item had a malfunctioning magnetic tensioner, the second had a malfunctioning heart rate monitor. The good folks at PIA Sports refunded my money, but this transaction left me leary of Keys equipment and a bit concerned about a retailer that sells this product. Customer Service: They refunded my money, but what a pain to make three trips and still have no equipment Similar Products Used: Nordic Track Gold Xcountry trainer

at Play It Again Sports Summary: The adjustment on the seat broke after less than a year. It is 3 years old now and for a year or more I've had trouble with the resistance. All the levels feel the same. Sometimes if I take the batteries out and put them back in it works again, but not always.

at play it again sports Summary: uncomparable in the price range. Worked great, only downs are that seat adjustment takes 30 seconds or so (a pain when wife and I are both using) and it broke after 2 years. At this price range, it's cheaper to buy another one every two years than to upgrade.
