Price Paid:  $300.00 at ebay

Summary:
I bought this bike in almost new condition and it has preformed flawlessly for the first month. I would buy this again! It is quiet and easy to figure out. (We did not get an owners manual from the previous owners)

Customer Service:
None needed so far

Price Paid:  $750.00 at Exercise Equipment S

Summary:
Well constructed, great workout options, smooth, quiet and easy to use. Love the cardio strap and cardio program. I'm a bigger guy and this machine is very solid. Have had no problems with it in the 2 months I have owned it, one of the best out there for home use in my opinion!

Customer Service:
Haven't had to use.

Reviewed by: A.R. ,  Car Camper , from Boston, MA

Price Paid:  $899.00 at Busy Body Home Fitness

Summary:
Bought unit new and assembled it myself. I used it for 5 months, pretty religiously 4-6 times a week, when the computer console went crazy. Now it works only intermittently--i have to spend a couple of minutes pluging/un-plugging the unit in until it beeps (the way it should) and allows me to enter my work out options. The heartrate meter reads 199 now, all the time, even though I dont have it on, and the system shuts off or locks up every once in a while, when I finally do get it running.
The sales guy knew exactly what the problem was when I called, either a bad computer consol or a bad 'board'--wish he had told me when I bought the thing. I have had a service call in for about 1.5 months, but apparently Schwinn is slow with getting parts out to its service providers.
Other than that: excellent feel and ride. Good workout options.
