I started with buying the womens K2 T1 boot and figured I needed some new bindings to fit my nice new boots. I looked around a lot and compared cost to value but went with brand loyalty and got the Virtue (04 season). I've had a lot of other K2 sports equipment in the past that was great quality and definitely lasted. I've experience no problems with the bindings in the year that i've had them (other then minor paint chips on the back). What I like about them most is that they fit snug with my boots, and that these are specifically made for women with smaller and thinner sized feet (compared to the mens or unisex versions). I'm not one to hit high kickers, so I'm can't attest to the high impact absorbtion. But i can tell you that freeriding with these things is a breeze, and most importantly, the straps don't pinch or hurt anywhere on my foot. If you look close enough, K2 uses top quality material. I've kicked and slapped around those strap clickers, and they're still standing. This is a definite buy for any rider who wants more than just a generic, unisex binding.

Customer Service

My experience with K2 has been amazing. I've called a few times dealing with the BOA dial on my boots. The problem was covered under warranty. These people were really nice, and helpful, did everything they could to fix my problem. They didn't have the parts in-house to fix it, so they sent me a brand new 2005 pair. Doesnt get any better
