When I called Cortland to get a rod fixed, they were very nice on the phone and took the time to make sure I was happy.

Summary:
It's a nice line, however needs to be treated every now and again with "Gink" or some other floatent to prevent the end of the line from sinking with the leader.

I tend to believe that you get what you pay for-- although sometimes this is not the case with shooting heads. Nonetheless, I use this line on one of my extra rods and give it to the amateur in the group that I'm fishing with.... there's better lines out there.

Strengths:
Decent line for the price.
