Price Paid:
$69.00 Summary: I bought this line after reading the advertising. First thing I noticed were the sound in the rod, like casting a steel wire. The line had a terrible memory, It cast very well at the beginning. After a while, there is no AST. In my opinion this line isn't even nearly the best line in the market. A waste of money. Strengths: Nothing especially, it cost 70 $. Compared to my expectations, this is the worst fly line so far. I expected more from a 70$ line. Weaknesses: Rough coating sounds terrible inside the rod. The good shooting capabilities disappear in few hours. Customer Service: Don''t know. Similar Products Used: All other premium fly lines.

, from Auburn, AL Body of Water: So. Appalachian Mtns. Favorite State: N.C. & GA. Summary: In recommend this line for big river fishing for distance and line mending situations. Strengths: Good line mending properties. This line is especially good for larger rivers or tailwaters. This line is stiffer than the GPX lines but is not overly stiff as many of the Cortland lines are. AST really seems to be an improvement for shooting. Weaknesses: The line coating seems to be somewhat soft in that I have cut the tip section of my line with a leader snarl. This line performs poorly in windy conditions.
