at World Wide Sportsman Body of Water: Fl. Keys Favorite City: Islamorada Favorite State: FL Summary: In short, I think all of Sci. Anglers AST lines are wonderful. I had a strange incident with two seperate spools of Salt Water Taper. Near the end of the rear taper, I had the coating begin to crack & peel off. So I contacted Sci. Anglers, they did not hesitate to examine the two problem lines & replace them both. Still don't know what caused them to fail, but why fret when they replaced both... Strengths: AWESOME shootability. Good durability, little memory, thin diameter offers much better wind resistance than O. Wonderline, or Lazerline... Weaknesses: none Customer Service: Simply couldn''t be better! Similar Products Used: Orvis Wonderline, Cortland Lazerline, Rio Bonefish

, from Orlando, FL Body of Water: Offshore Florida's East Coast and the Caribbean Summary: Good line for general offshore use. Just caught a 30 lb. Bull Dolphin on the 11 wt. I also use the 11 wt. line with my 10 wt. Scott HP8810 rod.
Strengths: Excellent line for offshore use. I have a 9 wt. and a 11 wt. Bluewater taper. Good sinking line that allows false casting like a regular line. Weaknesses: None Similar Products Used: Teeny T-300, T-400, and T-500 Scientific Anglers Billfish Taper 15 wt.
