It's a wonderful rod for the price and the life time warranty is great you don't have to send it in or anything to get a new one you just take it to the nearest fly shop and they hand you a new one. Customer Service:

Redington, was recently purchased by Orvis. These older rods are nice quality, not great, medium fast rods with some punch to them. They are far from perfect, but for the price they are a good place to start, or pick up a backup Customer Service:
