Summary: I have the 4 piece model. The internal ferrules are the way to go. The parts NEVER come loose. Med fast action is beautiful. A little slower than Sage XP, but that's ok.
Customer Service: I am sure its ok.

Summary: The Scott STS is the rod for me! Tried quite a few brands, but this is the tops. There was no section for STS 903 which is my fav. I own a STS 905 4 as well, but the 903 I'm in love with! It's got the power, the speed and the light weight that I've learned to look fwd to, every time I go listening for "trout music." Many battle-royale's with this rod, hope there are more to come.
Customer Service: Good. Sheared off a guide (by using it as leaverage in breaking down rod!) Got it back in 10 days for nominal shipping charge, even sent me a new case as the orrig. had warped.
