Price Paid:  $520.00 at The Angler's Den Paw

Summary:
I purchased the Thomas & Thomas LPS 763 to fish the small tailwaters near my home and as an upgrade from an Orvis Silver Label 7'6" 3 weight. I have fished with it a few times now and its the best rod i have ever fished or cast by far. Its amazingly accurate, delicate, and powerfull. The fly goes exactly where you want it to with an absolute minimum of false casting. With the Orvis product i was looking in the air over broad areas of stream to spot the fly and see where it would land, with this rod, i just look at the spot i had intended the fly to land at and there is appears, delicate as you wish. One of the things i really appreciate about this rod is that it can very well handle larger fish with ample power and important tippet protecting flex though its not so stiff that it makes a 10" fish feel inconsequential. Beautifull fit and finish, expertly executed wrap and varnish, beautifull wood insert, Very well put together. The only downside is the rod tube which though it looks great has hard metal protrusions on the interior that can damage your rod when placed in its topless rod sock. Take measures to keep your rod from hitting these and having a ferrule chipped as happend to mine. Vastly superior rod as compared to others i have cast, vastly inferior rod tube.

Customer Service:
Responded to me by e mail almost immediately after i e mailed them to request a rod for the type of streams i fished and gave insightfull advice. Took more than 2 days to respond after i e mailed them praising the rod i had purchased and informing them of the poorly conceived rod tube

Summary:
I recently wrote a review on a loomis gl3 4weight that i had bought as
a backup,then i found this rod and returned the loomis.The T&T
is a nice rod, period.I hate to say it but the cosmetics and overall
finish rivals if not beats my glx loomis',that says alot! The action is
medium compared to the fast action loomis, feels easier to cast
except in strong winds where the loomis shines.

Price Paid:  $300.00 at bought 2nd-hand

Summary:
Simply a tremendous, effortless wand that casts like it reads my mind. Easy distance and great accuracy and loop control. Used for large Florida panfish and smaller Largemouths. Tosses anything within reason well: poppers, larger drys, WBs, muddlers, small Salmon flys etc. Does great with AirCell Supreme2 and Ultra3 lines. Can hardly say enough good about it.

Customer Service:
Haven''t needed it.
