, from Galveston, Texas USA Summary: This is a great casting rod with alot of back bone to handle those bruisers. It will throw very well and throw large flies. A favorite on my list. Strengths: great casting rod with quality components...this will handle anything. Weaknesses: the only weakness I have found is the size of the reel seat. too large for my taste Customer Service: Have not had to use them. Similar Products Used: I have used Orvis Tridents and Winstons

50+ days a year Body of Water: Baja -- Favorite City: Cabo Favorite State: B.C.S. Favorite Country: Mexico Summary: Great rod for the intermediate to experenced flyfisher. It's my prefered rod. In my opinion not for the beginner bluewater flyfisher. Has a tendency to break if you missue it even a little. Strengths: Very light wieght, Shoots line with ease. Finest casting rod on the market. Weaknesses: Has a tendency to break if you appply pressure wrong ( lift the rod a bit high on the fight). Not very resistant to rough handling in the boat or land. Customer Service: Charges for repairs. I dont mind it as much as I used to, but when I get a rod back from Sage or other manafactures that have a lifetime warrantee. I really appreciate the no cost guarantee. Similar Products Used: Sage, Thomas & Thomas, Orvis,
