Summary:
No better 10 weight out there. This is the standard by which other 10 weights should be measured. All around salt water stick.

Strengths:
Casts like a rocket
Well-balanced, relatively light
Multi-piece
Excellent quality

Weaknesses:
Though I like the 3-piece, I wish it were 4

Customer Service:
Great

Price Paid:  $560.00

Summary:
If I could only have one fly rod this would be it.

Strengths:
Casts extremely well - I love the casting stroke with this rod as well as the previous 3 piece RPLX Sage 10 wts. It has very good lifting power as well but it's greatest attribute is casting. Without a doubt my favorite rod. I would use it for bluegil if I could. I have blind cast this rod all day long for weeks at a time for Stripers in Maine and Bull Redfish along the gulf coast and I never tire of casting with this rod. I have used Loomis and Thomas & Thomas 10 wts which I like, but they don't compare to this rod.

Weaknesses:
None

Customer Service:
excellent

Summary:
Good light salt rod.

Strengths:
Powerful rod with fast action. Can get a lot of line out quickly, and then have good fighting muscle. Throws big flies into the wind well.

Weaknesses:
Not my idea of fun to cast all day -- but I've felt the same about most saltwater rods I've tried.
