Also a good feel when fighting a fish whether small or very large - 20 lbs plus. Excellet cosmetics and workmanship compared to some other manufacturers of rods. Highly recommended rod for all california/oregon river steelhead and salmon fishing. 50+ days a year Body of Water: Huron River -- Favorite City: Troy Favorite State: Michigan Favorite Country: Oakland Summary: Worth every pennie. Although its a Spey (two-handed rod)single hand casts are easy. The most versitle of the bunch. Strengths: Very Light but strong for lifting fish and long casts. Soft tip but solid butt. Weaknesses: Expensive $$$$$ Customer Service: Winston has been great over the years Similar Products Used: Winston, Sage, Powell and T & T.
