at eBay, factory closeo Body of Water: Ozark streams Favorite State: Arkansas Summary: I bought these for a teenage boy, so I have not personally worn them. Wardell enjoys an excellent reputation. As good as Patagonia and second only to the more expensive Gore-Tex waders. You might want to buy two pair of Wardell rather than one pair of Simms and keep a spare pair on hand. Strengths: First rate construction all the way. You can get these for considerably less than Gore-Tex waders. The best material next to Gore-Tex. Wardell workmanship takes a back seat to nobody. Just like Gore-Tex, pinhole repairs are easy and quick, but you should rarely need it if you are careful. Weaknesses: Not quite as durable or breathable as Gore-Tex, but second best is good enough at the price I paid. Customer Service: You would rarely need it considering the quality, but I have heard that Wardell is very good in this regard. Similar Products Used: I own the original Simms Gore-Tex waders, but I only paid $160 on sale for model closeout. No wader is worth $375!!!
