Summary:
I am very pleased with my Outcast Fat Cat purchase. I purposely waited to log a number of hours on the water before writing this review. My intention when shopping was to purchase a tube that is safe, well constructed, easy to use, rides high and one that I wouldn't be compelled to upgrade to a different tube in a few months. So far so good!

I've got about a dozen days on the Fat Cat now and have managed to fish small and medium size lakes and the California delta for Bass. The delta was the most challenging, with currents and boaters, but the tube handled it with no problems at all.

It's easy to inflate and deflate, especially with the 2-way river boat pump. I'm just 21 full strokes per pontoon away from tubing. The D rings and pontoons have allowed me to "customize" the tube to attach a fish finder, a 3-rod holder, live-well and pliers. Storage is plentiful and allows me to take all the lures necessary and then some! Plus digital camera, food, even has room for a cooler behind the seat. Now if I can only rig a trolling motor....

Summary:
What a kick (and dry) ass tube. This is like going from a Poo' canoe to a loaded BassTracker! It navigates easily, I really do feel high and dry and as ever in this day and age you get what you pay for.

Nice tube, easy to inflate and fish from. Loved the front entry and the way this thing moves through the water. Seat and back rest are very comfortable and the Fat Cat is very stable and easy to maneuver.

Price Paid:  $260.00 at Hub''s Sports

Summary:
This is a fisherman's wet dream. It has wads of storage space (I use the space behind the seat for special beverages and my net), glides through the water and feels incredibly stable. The seat is solid but comfortable and can double as an unlicensed life preserver if BOTH pontoons happen to spontaneously explode (not likely at all with this construction). I will never go back to sitting my arse in the water in a conventional float tube.
