Summary:
Much lighter and much faster to kick than my old donut tube. The hidden sholder straps make it easy to transport to the waters edge. It needs more storage pockets.

Customer Service:
unknown because no trouble with tube

Summary:
The design of the tube, lack of solid cross bar, dictates that you stay fully inflated. Sounds like i don`t like the unit but problems could be solved with inflation consistany.

Summary:
Used regular round float tubes for years before I got this tube. I like this much better and I think it's well worth the money! It is much more manuverable than a conventional tube. I seem to sit higher in the water too. Easy to blow up even when you forget the pump. The tube is very light for anytime that you need to hike.

Customer Service:
very good
