Works great for hours, days and weeks. Strengths: Smooth action, great brake and no fuzz handling the reel. , from prince george, bc, canada Body of Water: blackwater river Favorite State: bc Favorite Country: canada Summary: good all around reel. perfect balance for a 4wt. st. croix Strengths: 45L is a solid trout reel. i bought the reel for my 4wt. st. croix and it is the perfect match. it has a smooth drag, so your light tipets will go unharmed. the drag is also a snap to change from right to left hand retreive. Strengths: I put over 80 days into a couple of 2l 56l's last season guiding and have no complaints...the ford f150 of reels it most certainly is a nicer reel than the battenkill's Weaknesses: none really Customer Service: excellent Similar Products Used: orvis battenkill sa mastery
