Price Paid:  $659.00 at Renzetti.com

Summary:
WOW, I have been studying vises for months now and decided to go with the best Renzetti Master and I am completely impressed! The fit, finish, and smoothness of this vise is unbeleavable. I feel more like a surgean than a fly tyer with this fine piece of machinery in my hands! It will hold any hook I throw at it with only a few seconds adjustment, and it holds it FIRM! I can't speak highly enough about this vise!

Customer Service:
The Renzettis are straight shooting honest people, dealing with them was a pleasure and I doubt I will ever have a need for the warranty they offer because I have been tying non-stop since I got it and it works flawlessly.

Reviewed by: William Johnston ,  40 days a year , from SUNNYVALE, CA 94087

Price Paid:  $599.00 at Kiene''s Fly Shop

Body of Water:
American River

Favorite City:
Sacramento

Favorite State:
CA

Favorite Country:
USA

Summary:
SImply Awesome! This has to be the best vise in the world as I
shopped around and fiddled with every other serious contender
prior to biting the steep $600 bullet (Ouch!). But I now have no
regrets except that I didn't buy a Master vise much sooner!

Strengths:
Machined to perfection. Everything works smoothly and the
hook is held solidly and yet fully exposed for your fingers
to work on. The ball-bearing rotary action is excellent, the
cam-action jaws are second to none. My tying has
improved in both speed and quality and I'm only beginning
to get used to using the rotary feature. This vise just makes
tying more fun.

Weaknesses:
None - it's hard to see where this vise
could be improved, perhaps in the price
department but then I'd hate to see the
quality drop.

Customer Service:
No reasons to contact Renzetti yet.
