Backpack is almost 2 yrs old purchased for new Boy Scout. Has been to 4 summer camps and about 2 outings per month. This 11 yr old takes good care of equipment, buy he is an 11 yr old. Pack is extremely adjustable as boy has grown. Except for some stains and scratches on frame, it is in like new condition. I highly recommend it. Customer Service:

This is a review for the Alps Trekker II NOT the Synergy T3500 but it may still help. I bought the daypack and within a month the stitching was giving away on both shoulder straps and had to be sent back to the company - very poor quality. Should have gone for Jansport or anybody else. Similar Products Used:
