at Sport City Summary: Have used this pack exclusively for four years +. Multi-day trips along the Appalachian Trail, all weather. Lots of room, but agree about the straps; loosen with the walking sway. 70+ lbs. carried easily. Bought it at a closeout sale 1/2 price; great value. Customer Service: Haven''t needed it, good product! Similar Products Used: Jansport, Coleman, Kelty

, from Fargo, ND, USA Summary: Not a bad pack, not a great pack. I also had problems with the pack sitting too far away from the body. It made it feel cumbersome. Still a great value for the casual hiker - it's the pack that I loan out to my friends.

, from Dayton, OH Summary: I bought this pack at a remarkable price $69 through REI Outlet. I have only used it a couple times on 3 1/2 day trips in the Smokies. It's a good pack not a great one. I did have a complaint regarding having to retighten the hip straps. Also, the top back of the pack fall considerably away from the body. If you can get it for under $75 - it's one worth having -- especially for semi-heavy hauling. I decided to buy a Gregory Reality Pack -- don't think the Eagle is going to get much more use unless I go over 43 days.
