The 320 is IDENTICAL to the 315, they are just loaded with different waypoint data from the factory. SEE REVIEWS FOR THE 315..
The 320 is intended to be used my pilots and has aeronautical waypoints loaded, the 315 is intended for ground use. You can get the datacable and upload any waypoints you want. ie. turn your 315 into a 320..
