Summary:
The last reviewer said he had problems reseting, this is true, the first time I had to replace the battery I had problems. But instead of sending watch in to be linked, I called customer service, like most people would do, and they promptly walked me through the correct procedure. I love this watch, but I agree that battery life is a little less than I would have liked. oh well, great product overall.

Customer Service:
Great customer service! no problems at all helping me link the HRM to the watch.

Summary:
Do not buy this product! This would be a great product if you didn't have to reset the battery 1X/year. You are supposed to be able to reset the "link" between watch and heart rate monitor from home, but each time the battery went, I had to send it back for them to "professionaly" reset transmitter. Not only does this cost around $20 after fee and shipping costs, but you are w/o the watch and transmitter belt for 2-3 weeks. I hate the fact that they lie about being able to do it yourself. My advice is to find another product that is easy to reset.
