at Campmor.com Summary: A Closeout purchase. Good Deal at that price for approx 30-40LB loads. I used it for a 30 day Section hike of the Appalachain Trail (GE/NC/TN) at a max of 63LBS, normal 45LBS. Good (Taco Style) side compression & shoulder harness, snugs down nicely. Too many straps, I cut off a .5 LB of them. You can't get to the loops & ice pick straps without first unbuckeling other straps. The hip belt straps kept coming loose, I ducktaped them to fix problem over 10-14 hours a day rough terrain hikes. Difficult to get into bag for small stuff, I had to unbuckle everything. Overall, good concept that is still being developed. For the price, even Closeout I expected better carry performance from Eureka. Switched to my tried and true REI CIMA 60 after 15 days. Much less volume but 40LBS carries very stable. Customer Service: Not yet. When I completed the AT Sections that I can this year then I'm going to give them a full field testers review and see what they say & do.
