Hiked the entire Pacific Crest Trail with one pair of tecnica fire fly mid gtx. Withstood over 2000 miles of solid fastpacking and mountaineering. Boots required almost no break in, toe box was roomy and overall fit was excellent. the toe cap seam separated on both shoes from kicking in snow and ice, but were repaired and completed the trail.
