, from San Francisco, CA Summary: The decently priced Quantum is an excellent bag, very roomy with plentiful leg room. Though rate to 20 deg i think, have used it snow camping in the Sierra with a polartec blanket together with the down jacket on. Loved the collar piece and the inside pocket which keeps my glasses nice and warm. No more fogging up in the mornings.
Drawback is the little weight and packability due too its roominesss and Polarguard 3D material. Customer Service: Customer service was above and beyond expectation. I actually had a older semi-rectangular bag which flatten out after a year. So i had contacted them and mailed it back for a replacement. Within 3 days upon receipt, they called me back and asked if i wanted to upgrade it as that model was obsolete. They allowed me to pick a higher model(hence the Quantum) and express-mailed back to me in time for my trip at no extra charge!!! , from Sacramento, CA USA Summary: I've used the Quantum 20 for the past 3 years in a variety of conditions and I've been quite pleased with it. It's best feature is the placement of the zipper which is up off the floor making it easier to adjust and less likely that you'll roll over onto it. The bag is roomy, great for restless sleepers, and warm down to its rating, although due to the room inside it does take a bit longer to heat up initially. I also like the interior pocket for storing glove liners or kleenex on cold nights. Customer Service: Similar Products Used: None
