Summary:
I have found this bag to be superior in every way shape and form! It is comfortable, the temp rating is accurate, and very, very water resistant (I have the dryloft version). I do agree with the other reviewer that Western Mountaineering also makes excellent bags (I own one), but I believe FF bags are at least as good. Every FF owner I know swears by them.

Customer Service:
Excellent customer serivce.

Summary:
Good but not great!

My Ibis is shelled with PTFE-Lite, and has 800 fill-power down. It is nice, but not super-nice. The liner is soft, but not luxuriously so. The hood is good, but not great. Plus, I have down leakage all across the interior seams, which I don't expect in a $500 bag. Compared to a Western Mountaineering Kodiak, which I also own, the Ibis is definitely a cut below. WM's shell fabric, liner, hood, zipper, and seams areclearly superior. WM will be getting my money from now on.

Western Mountaineering is superior in a head to head test, in my opinion.

Summary:
I came across Feathered Friends only after asking a sales person at REI in Seattle what the best sleeping bag on the market was. I must say he was honest, it has never let me down. It has served me well on several climbs I use in summer as well as winter. Its temp rating is true too form. Its quality is un surpassed. It is worth every dime. I upgraded to PTFE an 800 down. I love it

Customer Service:
The customer service is great. You are talking to people who have a pasion for quality equipment. Sometimes I call for advise on other equipment as well.
