Summary:
Hi all,

I just ordered the Ptarmigan with the Epic shell. I got it in all black and had a 2 ounces of overfill put into it and got the all 800+ fill power upgrade with the right side zipper. Will keep you informed of how it perfoms on the summits of presidential range this winter.

Customer Service:
Very friendly and made my order easy processing it even before payment so I didn''t need to send order form. Very knowledgable and answered all my questions without the umm umm buisness.

Summary:
Great bag. I purchased mine for a month long trip to yellowstone and the canadian rockies. Never got cold, even in -40! Packs fairly small, and the gore-tex keeps down dry, so no accumulation of frozen clumps occurs. Definitely for cold weather only, however.

Summary:
Roomy and warm. I'm 6' 3"" 235 and fit into there long perfectly with a little room to spare. Don't attempt to use this bag if the temps are above 35 degrees, as it provides furnace like warmth. warmth to weight ratio is amazing. buying tip. get it from their web site. i saved $100 over retail by waiting for them to make me one. it took a few weeks, but worth the wait in $avings.

Customer Service:
Custumer service at FF is friendly and attentive.
