Summary:
this is a great cover. just slept in it for the first real time. Didn't use the dedicated ground pad, and thought that was a mistake at first. The Uncrushed Polarguard 3D is really warm and does a good job. The foot box was very toasty, yet a little difficult at first to get comfy in. The zipper is located directly in the middle, so you mau end up with both feet on one side or the other. Warmed after a while, and thought the idea was great. Freezing cold night, and didn't ever feel uneasy about getting through the night. I'm generaly a warm sleeper, and my experience may be better than most. I love it for it's simplicty and light weight. I usually enjoy my 20 degree moonstone bag, made from down, but the polarguard 3D is a warm welcome, giving me piece of mind from wet trips.

Highly recomend to give it a try for the price for a 20 deg bag and a closed cell foam pad.

packs down well for a synthetic bag.
