Summary:
I love this bag! It is an ideal 3 season bag. It is a semi-rectangular convertible, with different amounts of loft on each side. One side is rated for 25F and the other is rated for 40F. The bag does not include a hood. I find the design to work perfectly, especially considering the generous cut. I am 6'2" 225lbs. and I fit in this bag just right. This is the bag for you if you need a versitile bag, and mummy bags are just too tight.

Customer Service:
No problems...so I don't know.

I also use a North Face Goliath rated to 0 degrees F. Just like the Marmot Magician, this bag is cut for the "larger" outdoors person. I found that this bag is just right down to zero...the rating is not a survivable rating. And if I combine the two bags together, I am good to about -25 F. At least this is as cold as I have been with them!
