Summary:
Can't say anything much more about Moonstone bags, they are simply excellent. The Moonstone HV/ Zone 1 purchased, is a size small and fits snuggly. The bag has been used primarily without a tent and the temperature rating is pretty conservative, whereas there have been nights when temps dropped into the low 30's and the bag kept the occupant toasty! Plus, the shell is excellent! Several trips have been spent by the sea where sea water air build up is considerable! The bag is the only bag out two other major brand name bags, not soaked by sea air. Will want to buy another Moonstone soon!

Summary:
My MoonStone bag is the best, I've used it in the mountains, deserts and rivers of California and I have never been cold or uncomfortable. The zipper construction is large and doesn't snag the bag when you use them. The fill doesn't shift or leave cold spots. It stuffs extremely small and is very packable. We have two other down bags but I always take the MoonStone.
