I can't stand the closeness of a mummy bag so the size of the SynCat was a welcome surprise. Of course you pay for that extra room in terms of weight and the volume of air to warm up. I consider myself a reasonably "warm" sleeper so was surprised to wake up a bit chilled at 18 degrees at about 2:00 in the morning. I think you'd survive 0 degrees in this bag but I don't think you'd be especally warm or happy about it. Customer Service:
