Summary:
One main thing about it, is it didn't feel like 20 degree bag, i start feeling chill at 35 degrees, but maybe it's just me. Neither one of the hoods seem to work well on my head, they don't seem to be convinient when rolled up. But the bag itself is really well built, intelligently constructed in my opinion.

Customer Service:
I don't think there is any support in Russia, but i'm going to try US one.
