Summary:
This is a great bag. It is the bag i use for everything i do here in the Appalachians. In early spring last year i used it for a 5 day backpacking trip and stayed on some high peaks which had temperatures at about 25 degrees farenheit and the bag was reaching its limits. I have never encountered harsh rain but it seems that it would do just fine. I even use the bag for some summer camping and just unzip it a bit. It gets a little warm but not unbearable.

Customer Service:
never had to deal with tnf but i hear they suck.

Summary:
The North Face Cat's Meow Endurance 15 degree bag is well made and a bargain at the price I paid. Can't ask for much more in a bag at this price point...It's warm, pretty light, fairly roomy and packs into a reasonably small size. The only thing I can think of to criticize is the small personal article pocket and the lack of liner loop locks. But these are minor quibbles. The Cat's Meow is my choice for damp/wet conditions. The Polargard 3D with Endurance finish are very good choices if you are likely to encounter high moisture environments. I have never had a problem with any TNF products and I have a few,Roadrunner 2 tent, Diligence backpack, jacket, vest. All have given problem free service, performing beautifully.

Customer Service:
Never had the need to find out if they are as good as their products.

Summary:
Woah, somebody's got some problems! As for me I really like my cats meow end. It is spacious, warm, comforatble and reasonably light. Took out on a Spring trip and it proved to be a little too warm but it didn't bother me. Only complaint I have is that it could use a little more room in the foot area of the bag and I have the long version because I am 6'3" and 200lb. Overall though I am happy with my bag! Good Luck!

Customer Service:
Don''t know, haven''t had to call them and a good portion of my gear is TNF.
