at Sunrise Mountain Sports Summary: Weighing in at 2# 4 oz., this 25-degree Down bag packs down to a small football-sized package. It's warm, light, opens up as a quilt, and has a separate zipper at the footbed to allow for cooling and ventilation.
Having spent several months researching data, and doing comparisons, I settled on this bag only after getting inside it on the floor of the store. Girth was a big issue (no pun intended), and at 62", it was enough to allow room for movement. The hood, though I haven't used it yet, is a nioce feature, and bodes well for warm nights at cooler temps and higher elevations.
I recommend it highly!
