Summary:
No problems after 2 yrs. Comes with stuff sack and straps unlike thrmorest. The size and weight is too much for backpacking. A good value for car camping.

Summary:
Mostly this review is intended as a word of warning for everyone who does have the extra couple of dollars to buy a Thermarest, because that is what you ought to do, if you don't want to put up with punctured and disinflated mats in the morning. My wife and I bought the Slumberjack before a three month camping tour around the States, during which we fixed punctures about every other week, even though we are pretty anal about checking for stones etc before setting up camp. Half way through the trip we had enough and got my wife Thermarest, which has lasted for many a camping trip in the last few years. I made the mistake to return the original Slumberjack, waited months to have a replacement sent to Baltimore, took the new one (updated model) on a camping trip, and voila: a hole within days (actually not so much a hole, but the seams coming apart on the sides). I have sent them in yet again to get a replacement...

Bottom line: Slumberjack has a serious quality control problem. Cheap, but not chearful.

One positive: it's more comfy than the Thermarest (well, as long as it retains the air ;-)

big, heavy, and comfortable as can be. I've had this for 4 years with no problems. It's been used on all types of surfaces with no leaks. If I had a sherpa to hump my gear, this would be my choice. Right now it's relegated to the short distance trips, and park camping,

Summary:
After only a year of moderate use it develop a leak. Not just one but 10 different leaks. I went out and got a Therma-rest and have had it for 2 years and no problems what so ever. For the extra money buy a therma-rest it infalates faster and is more comfortable.
