$0.00 Summary: I used a Pharoah on Isle Roayle last summer and at first had problems with it not holding air. The solution is simple - don't blow it up too much before you lay on it. It should be so empty it looks less than 1/2 full. It will still hold you up and be very comfortable - and it takes up so much less space than a foam pad. Customer Service: I fault the instructions for not having a warning in big letters not to overinflate.

Backpacker
, from Federal Way, Wa Summary: First of all, that is not the pharaoh in the picture, the pharoah is shaped like a mummy and has blow up sides. not important however, since you wont be able to keep air in this thing. It comes with a patch kit, should come with air compressor. I bought one, brought it on a five day trip, was flat the first night, patched it, it proceeded to spring leaks everywhere. I brought it back, the store was happy to give me another, first night on next trip, flat. I'm not sure whats worse frankly, blowing that son of a bitch up every hour or listening to your buddy laugh and brag on his thermarest. I went and purchased a new guidelight from thermarest, its lighter and actually holds air, and provides great comfort. Similar Products Used: Therm-a-rest earth (same as pharoah)
