Summary: Very comfy and warm for three seasons. I am a little disapointed that it weighs 1.5 Lbs w/ the stuff sack. That's a lot to me. It is rugged and very easy to use, and the grippy fabric does a decent job of keeping me in place at night.
Customer Service: No experience with Cascade Designs customer service, but LL Beans is the best of the best, so I'll go there if I have troubles.

Summary: This is a light and very comfortable pad. I have popped a hole in it when camping in the desert, but never had a problem in other environments. I'm 5'3" and did have to get used to the 3/4 length and my legs hanging off the pad. Overall I definitely recommend the guidelite, and the 3/4 length if you're no too tall.
