Summary: I have used this item for several years without a fault, highly recommended. It is a lttle more bulky than similar stoves but comes with buitl in wind guard and broad base therefore is easier to set up. It would be nice if they had smaller bottles for 2 day hikes, similar to the MSR range.
Customer Service: not used
Similar Products Used: MSR Whisperlite, with Shaker jet. this bloked up with carbon quickly and had to be pulled apart to fix as the shaker didn't work
