at Mountain Magic, BC Summary: This stove seemed like a dream when I picked it up, but after a few weeks of heavy use, it's flaws became apparent. On the plus side, it is stable and the pot supports are well constructed. Unfortunately, CV270 cartridges can be hard to find on the road, both in NA and Europe. Many a meal went by where I could not buy a CV cartridge and couldn't cook. The stove performed well otherwise for about a year of repeated use, until the heat melted the plastic valve handle and the stove became somewhat useless. I have abandoned this stove in favour of an MSR Superfly - specifically purchased because of it's ability to use almost any cartridge, and it's metal valve control. Customer Service: N/A - stove disposed of after one year of use. Similar Products Used: Optimus Hiker, MSR Superfly
