Climber
, from New Mexico Summary: Awesome day-pack, used and abused on many multi-pitch rock climbs. Clings like a monkey on my back during mountain bike rides. Tough enough to withstand being used as a haul-bag on all day climbs. Holds water and gear for long desert day hikes. Best day pack I have ever used....by far. Backpacker
, from Medfield, MA, USA Summary: I picked up the Runout about a year and a half ago, and I have been using it nonstop. This pack is the perfect size for summer day hikes, multipitch rock/ice climbs, or even day winter mountaineering trips.
I especially like the side access zipper so my climbing partener can easily get to any gear that I am carrying. Also there is a clip in the top pouch which is very convienent for attaching my car keys so I don't loose them. Like my other Gregory packs, I am extremely impressed with the Runout. Backpacker
, from Lakewood, CO , USA Summary: Great medium sized pack, that has many different uses. Very comfortable to carry. The side zipper is great for accessing items at the bottem of the pack. It's too bad, but I recently heard that Gregory has dicontinued this pack. So if you see it around pick one up they probably wont last too long. This pack is on the expensive side at $120. High end users will appreciate this pack most. Probably too much pack for the average user. But the construction is first rate and I feel its worth the money considering it will be around for years to come. Similar Products Used: Arteryx Bora 60, Gregory Lassen

Day Hiker
, from Chicago, IL USA Summary: This pack is excellent. It is so light and even when you have it fully packed, its like its not even there. The lumbar belt and shape of the whole pack position it so that its very comfortable. Its got lots of great features too, like handy pouches and clips so you can get it ALL on your back. Great investment.
