Owned the pack about i year-stolen with other gear from truck. Both sides of the waist belt were very poorly sewn- came loose in two wearings- had a cobbler to resew. Look for a better pack! The quality is terrible in this one. Customer Service:

I owned the Tahoma for about a year before I had mine stolen, and it was one of the best day hike packs I've seen on the market for simplicity, volume, low weight, and value. I came to need a more snowboard-oriented pack for mountaineering, but it's an excellent all-purpose backpacker's pack. Customer Service:
