I have used this backpack everyday for school for over two years now and have not had a problem with it. It has gone on many day hikes through the rockies and in the appalachians. It has plenty of room for a good day hike and loops on the bottom are great for extra gear. Also has nice compression straps on side to bring gear nice and close. Has ok waist belt and sternum strap and the sholder straps have a good amount of padding as well in the back. Also has a nice carry handel on top wich is very handy. I dont treat it nicly at all and it doesnt have a scratch on it. I recomend this to anyone looking for a good day pack Customer Service:
