I purchased mine recently and am so far very satisfied. Goes up easily seems to be well made. I particularly like the dual entry and vestibules. Stakes are soft Aluminum but not uncommon with mant BP tents these days. I will repalce with better set. Customer Service:
I contacted service to ask about repalcement parts and was assured I would be able to get poles and repairs if needed. Tent comes with an extra 6" piece of pole which is to be used as a emergency repair if you crush a pole. Similar Products Used:
