Price Paid:  $400.00 at www.rei.com

Summary:
After spending almost a year in Tucson, Arizona, I decided to take my wife and our two 6 and 7 year old boys on a two week campingtrip from Arizona to Minnesota where we would fly back to Norway.
The tent worked great! Lots of ventilation, and it kept us dry in pouring rain, and it endured heavy winds in Colorado. we had a memorable 14 days on the road, and the tent worked well. A family of four that drive from campsite to campsite will love this tent. Too heavy for backpacking. A bit pricey, but worth it.

Customer Service:
I had an accident when pitching it in Northern Arizona. Before nailing it to the ground a ghust of wind caught it and made it jump. I found that a pole had broken! Called Walrus the morning after, and after listening to me, they promised to make a new pole (tent so new that no spare parts made yet) and send it to a dealer close to my families next stop in Utah!
The next day I showed up at the store, and the pole was waiting for me. Great service!
