Price Paid:  $110.00 at Kittery Trading Post

Summary:
Sucks. Tent leaks like crazy. Condensation inside the tent leaks down the sides, impossible to enter during a storm without soaking everything. Suffered from paralyzing back spasms due to sleeping on cold wet floor of tent in a wet sleeping bag, unable to move out of the water due to the back spasms, I went into hypothermia and could have died if nobody had checked up on me.
Thanks Eureka.

Price Paid:  $100.00 at OuTek.com

Summary:
I purchased this tent to use for car camping. After a week-long trip to Maine (and two days of nonstop rain) its biggest flaw became apparent. Like other reviewers I found the fly sagged to the tent even after repeated adjustments, causing the tent to become very wet inside. Even more infuriating was that its design makes it impossible to leave or enter the tent during a rainstorm without getting everything inside the tent SOAKED! There are no eaves over the doors and they are at such an angle to permit rain to fall directly into the tent. When the vestible's soaked from rain you tend to get soaked opening and closing it, too. Poor design in my opinion. Otherwise I thought the 2-door design handy and the vestiblues roomy and convenient. However, these "pros" don't make up for poor rain-sheilding design. Maybe a good tent for use in places that don't see much rain!!

Customer Service:
Didn't deal with Eureka! but the folks at OuTek.com are FANTASTIC! One-year no-hassle return policy (and this was after a great price and no-cost shipping!)

Price Paid:  $107.00 at self propelled outdo

Summary:
I really like this tent. Unlike other reviewers I have not been wet in this tent yet. I really like the two vestibules too. My buddy just got the new model it is way nicer. Bigger vestibule doors better venting and aluminum pools, much lighter. He paid 127 for it or something close at bass pro. It is not that heavy to carry either on a trip.

Customer Service:
No problems yet

Price Paid:  $120.00 at Campmor

Summary:
In preparation for an upcoming 7-day canoe trip into the Quetico provincial Park, I recently purchased a Eureka Apex 3XT tent as a closeout item from Campmor. All seams on the tent and fly were dutifully treated with Seam Sealer as I have always done with new gear. Last week I took the new shelter to an outdoor event for a test run. The Apex 3XT was subjected to several moderate thunderstorms of the intensity that one would expect to encounter in the BWCAW/Quetico area.
To my disappointment, each storm produced significant leaks through the fly zippers on both sides of the tent. This tent has a door on each side with the fly zippers placed directly above the mesh paneled doors. The leaks come through the zippers' mating surfaces straight down through the mesh door panels and into the tent.
I now see why it was a closeout item. It is a seriously flawed design. I expected more from a name like Eureka.

Price Paid:  $120.00 at Bass Outdoor world

Summary:
Baught this tent because we needed a comfortable backpacking tent. So far i'm impressed. It is roomy and the vestibules are adequate. When carried between two people it is not that heavy. I sealed all the seems before using and experienced no problems with leaking or condensation. So far we've enjoyed it very much.
