at Trail Shop Summary: Not once but three times over the last 9 years we've had the zipper "go" on the tent so that the front door was virtually useless. It seems fragile as silk, stripping all the time. The fabric and design is nice, but our problems with the front door zipper make this expensive tent unusable. I know our experience isn't common (we bought the tent because of its well-known reliability), but we'll never buy a Eureka! product again. Customer Service: Eureka repaired it twice, and then told us we're on our own from here on. Similar Products Used: None

, from Lititz, PA Summary: I love this tent. I have had it for about 5 years now, and it is still in good shape. It is very light, and when they say it sleeps four they are actually telling the truth. Buy this tent!!!!! Customer Service: Similar Products Used: None

Car Camper
, from Corvallis, OR Summary: I have had this tent for 8 or 9 years. I have 2 other tents and this is by far the best tent. I love this tent. It has never failed me, until recently when the zipper finally gave out. I have camped in this tent for 6 and 8 weeks at a time. This is a wonderfully roomy, water resistant home.
