at European Outdoor Summary: I Just got this tent and i have found it to be AMAZING it is a exremely light and warm tent and it has a great value. I haven't seamsealed it yet but i have tried it out on Rattlesnake Point and it was warm and let no Condensation or Water period in it. I pitched it above a foot of snow and it had no problems it is easy to set up, cheap to buy and sturdy in any winds no matter how much the elements abuse you. I can set it up in 2 min 4 sec with the rain cover on. The only thing is the floor it seems like it could rip easy but no matter what i set it on it never does, i usually put a tarp underneath anyway.I paid in Canadian Dollars. Customer Service: never had to call customer service Similar Products Used: Northern UV-Text 5

at Gander Mtn Summary: This tent is a great value. I have used it at Road America (Elkhart Lake, WI) in gail force rain to Laguna Seca in CA. I am amazed at how well this tent works in all climates. I was in a 60 MPH storm at Brainerd, MN most tents were in the trees, this tent stood tall and stayed dry. Easy setup, only problem is getting this 6, 52 yr old body out of it in the AM. Replace the cheesy stakes that come with it. Customer Service: never used them Similar Products Used: north face, walrus

$0.00 Summary: I have used this tent in all different types of temperatures and weather conditions, and it has held up perfectly every time. I have been through storms with winds gusting at 50 mph and it stood up like a champ. Last week it overpowered a huge storm that created a small ditch under my tent within a matter of minutes. This tent stayed dry with literally an inch of water rushing by underneath my tent. During this storm, I was on a large limestone shelf covered by an inch of dirt, so I had no way of putting any stakes in the ground. Henceforth, the rainfly was laying against the tent body, and the tent still stayed dry.
Greatest of all: it is a 4 season tent that weighs a little over 6 pounds.
Biggest problem: Buy different stakes when you buy this tent because the stakes are kinda poor. Similar Products Used: sierra design, walrus

at Campmor Summary: This past winter the tent got its first true test. Plan was to hike up Mts. Democrat, Lincoln, and Bross in Colorado in December. Long story short, winds picked up well in excess of 60mph... stones were actually rolling across the ground! Although I had to add weight to the fly tie-downs, the tent withstood the storm with flying colors... only damage was a severely bent tent stake. The only "problem" I have is that the main fly zipper gets caught in the "storm flap". Annoying at 2am, but I can live with it.

at Eureka Outlet Sale, Summary: I am a 16 yr old Boy Scout and this was the first tent I bought. When i first started scouting I used our troop's crappy Timebrlites. Then a couple of years ago, i drove down to the eureka sale and got this Factory A (minor aesthetic imperfections).
When i really started using it, i found the tent to be a solid waterproof structure. It was relatively easy to setup and extremely light for its class, not counting $500 + bibler tents. It keeps me dry in the midst of winter and during summer rainstorms. Now i have it, i have no idea why anybody would use another tent in the same category. i split up the tent stuff, fly and tent in bag, poles + stake bag on side of pack, ground sheet folded up and stuck in panel pocket.
I sometimes had some problems with condensation, but it seems like standard with almost all tents. ventilation was good though. Eureka's high-low + the two doors :) The slightly smaller size was no big deal, after all i'm only 5'8".
Overall, excellent tent. Customer Service: I once had one of the white junction tubes snap. I called eureka and they sent me a new one at no charge.
